Where is the Best Sea View in Morocco penthouse?
In Résidence La Falaise, building 9, at Prestigia Plage des Nations, Sidi Bouknadel (Salé prefecture, Morocco). The resort is about 10 km north of Salé and about 20 minutes from Rabat.
Does the penthouse really have a sea view?
Yes. The terraces face the Atlantic Ocean and, from the main terrace, you watch the sun set over the sea. The children’s suite terrace also looks out to the ocean.
How many guests can it sleep?
Up to 6 guests: a double bed in the master suite, three single beds in the children’s suite and two extra mattresses in the living room.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
2 bedrooms (a master suite and a children’s suite) and 3 bathrooms, one of them adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
How big is the penthouse?
260 m², including 150 m² of terraces.
Which floor is it on? Is there a lift?
The 3rd floor. The building has a lift.
How far is Rabat-Salé Airport?
About 10 km as the crow flies, roughly 20 minutes by car depending on traffic.
Is the beach far?
No: Plage des Nations beach is a 4-minute walk away.
Can you swim at Plage des Nations?
The beach is known for its powerful waves and strong currents, which can make swimming dangerous. Follow the safety instructions on site. The residence’s 3 pools are an alternative.
Are there swimming pools?
Yes. The residence has 3 outdoor pools, open every day from 9:00 to 20:00.
Can you surf at Plage des Nations?
Yes. It is an exposed, fairly consistent beach break that works best with a north-west swell and an east wind. Watch out for strong rip currents.
Is there parking?
Yes, a private assigned parking space in the basement, served by the lift.
Is the apartment wheelchair accessible?
A ramp leads to the building entrance and the lift goes down to the car park. The penthouse has an adapted bathroom (step-free shower, seat, grab bars) and a ramp to the terrace. The lift door is about 70 cm wide: check your wheelchair’s width against our Accessibility page, which lists every doorway.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Air conditioning in the living room and master suite. Heating in every bedroom.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, the penthouse has Wi-Fi.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes: gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Is there a washing machine and a dishwasher?
There is a washing machine. There is no dishwasher.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
Are pets allowed?
Yes.
Can I smoke?
Not indoors. Smoking is allowed on the terraces.
Can I hold a party?
Only with the owner’s special permission. Ask for it on WhatsApp before booking.
What is the minimum stay? Is there a deposit?
One night minimum. No deposit is required.

Is there a golf course nearby?
Yes. The Montgomerie Rabat, an 18-hole course designed by Colin Montgomerie, is inside the Plage des Nations estate.
Can I get there by train?
Yes. The nearest stations are Salé and Rabat. The Al Boraq high-speed train stops at Kenitra and Rabat-Agdal. From there, take a taxi or a car to Plage des Nations.
